We all know the mochi which is a tradional Japanese dessert made of rice and beans.

Today Japanese surprise us yet again with the Raindrop Cake or ” mizu shingen mochi !”
This cake of another kind consists solely of mineral water , sugar and agar (gelling agent ) and can be accompanied by roasted soybeans or syrup.
