On April 8th, an auction sale about the history of space exploration was set up in New York. Neither one nor two, but nearly 300 people from 17 countries and four continents participated in the sale of 300 relics of the space conquest.


Among the famous objects, the image of an eagle flying over the surface of the Moon with in its claws, an olive branch, the emblem of the Apollo 11 mission, signed by its three members – Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins – was sold for the modest sum of $ 62,500. Do you imagine ? It was only a piece of papper ! Obviously, lovers of areospace have no limit.

But others unbelivable objects, as a flag taken by Buzz Aldrin and a combination of the same model as the one worn by the first American in the space (in 1961) left for more than $ 40,000.
